RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns on any unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable. Returns received after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned unless they are faulty due to a manufacturing defect. Please note that issues caused by washing conditions are not considered manufacturing defects, as washing machine settings may vary. In such cases, returns will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our website, email, or Instagram. Ensure that the item is securely packaged and returned in its original, new condition. Any items returned in a worn or damaged state will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to process once approved.
