CUSTOMWEAR POLICY

All of our stock undergoes multiple quality checks throughout the production process, during packing, and again upon receipt at our facility. This ensures that every item meets our high standards before reaching our customers.

Any stock that does not meet our required specifications upon arrival will not be dispatched and will be replaced where necessary.

As all customer wear is custom-made to your specific requirements, we are unable to offer refunds on custom items. This policy will be clearly communicated prior to order confirmation and outlined on all invoices.
